Studies from the Bench

01 / Sawwork

The First Cut

Jewelers' saws on weathered bench wood. Tracking the initial line before heat and hammering alter the structural geometry of the plate.

02 / Setting

Stone and Bezel

Custom bezels hand-fitted to raw, unshaped minerals. Every stone dictates the final movement of the enclosing metal.

03 / Surface

Hammer and Fire

Direct metalwork recording every strike of the hammer. Unpolished transitions left visible to honour the physical process of creation.
